Your Microbiome (Gut)

The most important system in your body and the least understood or dicussed is your immune system!

Your microbiome has a direct connection to your brain. They communicate constantly and continually.

It contains over 78% of your body’s immune system. The American diet is starving your immune system and making you sick and overweight.

Enjoy total health, be slender, reverse diabetes and live the life you are meant to live by feeding your gut bacteria what foods it must have to function properly.

In regard to our bacteria’s (microbiome) importance; we have 10 trillion cells in our body and 100 trillion bacteria. These bacteria manufacture much of the actual “Food” we eat. It isn’t just the food we eat, but more what our bacteria makes from the food we ear.

We must nurture this symbiotic relationship with our gut bacteria. We must learn to feed our gut bacteria rhe food it must have to live and prosper. Our goal is to increase the biodiversity of our gut microbiome.

It is easy to do! Put the flame out! Our immune systems are inflamed and overactive. We must re-introduce good bacteria in our diet and cut out processed foods. These processed foods have zero fiber.

Fiber is the food of your gut micobiome.

Your gut is so important it communicates directly with your brain continually through the Vagas Nerve. It is a direct connection from the brain to the gut!
