We all fast…every night when we sleep. People have been fasting more than 5,000 years. Most major religions practice some sort of fasting.
It is crucial for our health. When we fast as we are sleeping our bodies are repairing and rebuilding all sorts of things.
Fasting has helped me improve my health dramatically. I am eating two meals a day now, but I only ate one meal for about 2 years prior. I now eat a salad about 11:30 AM and dinner about 5:00 PM.
I have fasted for four days several times and noticed many benefits in my health.
