Eat for Your Health not Entertainment

So many people eat out of habit, not hunger. Most modern meals stimulate hunger and do not satisfy the body’s hunger.

Most foods have very little, if any actual health benefits or nutrients. These foods are so modified and filled with foreign chemicals that make us addicts.

Many of these additives are very addictive as well. In a study mice were given their choice of cocaine, heroin or sugar. The mice chose sugar, even when electrically shocked, they still chose sugar. This demonstrates the addictive power of sugar.

It is not your fault, it is not that you are weak. The food industry just wants to make a profit for their investors. Sugar is not actually a food. It is a chemical! Your body actually responds to sugar as a foreign substance, not a food source.

Ultra-processed foods cause negative actions in our brain. They cause our body to release dopamine which is the “Feel Good” hormone. You become literally addicted to these bad unhealthy foods, because you “Get High” when you eat them and you want more and more.

You will gain a tremendous amount of weight, while at the same time demenishing your state of health. This is an addiction, just like a drug addiction.

You will reverse these addictions by eating the life giving foods your body needs and wants. You will feel much better and maybe for the first time become strong and vibrant.
