Short Chain Fatty Acids

The lifeline that reverses diabetes. They come from ingesting fiber. Most all modern foods do not have any fiber. Fiber is removed to extend shelf life. This is terrible for everyone, but especially diabetics!

Short chain fatty acids supress the cytokine response. Fiber increases insulin sensitivity and has anti-iflamatory characteristics.

Fiber is fuel for your microbiome, which in turn feeds your entire body. Your microbiome is where 75-85% of your imune system lives.

Processed foods are not real foods. Do you think Cheetos are real food? They are, as your body sees them, a poison with no nutritional value. These types of foods are actually very harmful to your health and very addictive!

Bottom line, you’re flooding your liver…give it a break! Or you’ll get fatty liver and insulin resistance (diabetes), then chronic metabolic diseases.

Feed the gut with live bateria (fiber containing foods). It will thank-you with a much improved state of health.
