Develop an “Attitude of Gratitude”

This requires a change of how you view yourself and your life. Everyone has things in their life that they are grateful for, think on these things.

Thinking like this makes your body function much more efficiently and greatly increases your state of health.

The alternative, I call “Stinking Thinkin” makes you sick and others; sick of you!

Maybe you can’t think of a single thing to be grateful for; well, you woke-up this morning, that’s a beginning.

Begin to have an Attitude of Gratitude! Look for Blessings and you’ll begin to find them. They were there all along, you just didn’t see them.

Give; compliments and say Thank-You or I Apologize. This re-wires your brain and gut microbiome.

Gratitude changes your body to a state of health. This practice will re-train your brain. Gratitude will greatly improve your attitude, mood and brain health.

A good practice is to get some sort of a journal and write down 4 or 5 Blessings you received and record these Blessings everyday in your journal. This will change your mind and expectations.
