Stress is negarively effecting your health. When you are stressed you effect your microbiome in many negative ways. Your brain does not communicate with your gut efficiently.
This stress between the brain and gut causes you to loose some of your friendly bacteria and when this happens bad bacteria will take-up residence in your gut microbiome.
Forgiveness reduces stress. Your health is worth it. I have actually delayed praying for someone I was mad at, because I could not pray for them and stay mad at them, that’s very selfish, I know.
When you seriously pray for your enemies, you will not stay mad at them. You will forgive them and move on with your life. Ir’s a win win.
Choose to be a Blessing to someone. It might be a kind word or compliment, or a Thank-You for something someone did for you.
