Remove Wheat and Corn from your Diet

Wheat, rye, barley, corn and oats contains gliden. Gliden derived opiates cause us to be addicted, just like other opiates (heroin, cocaine and oxycodone).

The real problem is humans do not have the digestive enzymes in our bodies to break down these ingredients (gliden).

Wheat rapidly converts to sugar in the blood, causing a rise in blood-sugar which causes a rise in inflamation at the cellular level and intestinal permeability (leaky gut).
